  • Single Skater – R 980.00
  • Solo Ice Dance – R 980.00
  • Ice Dance Couples/Pairs – R 1650.00
  • Synchronised Team – R 4 500.00

ENTRY FEE MUST BE PAID BY CLOSING DATE & TIME – 4 April 2021 – by 18:00.

LATE ENTRIES AND CORRECTIONS

Please note that late entries will not be accepted after closing date:

4 April, 2021 by 18:00.

In the event of incorrect and/or illegible submission of entry forms, PPC Forms, POP; incorrectly marked music; music in wrong format, a fine of R120.00 per item will be levied.

REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS

NOTE: Due to costs incurred in running the competition, please be advised that NO REFUNDS will be granted after 18:00 on 4 April, 2021, this includes if you have medical reasons or not.

MUSIC

MUSIC must be submitted IN MP3 FORMAT ONLY and sent to Taryn Nicolls at tarynfinlayson@hotmail.com before the closing date – 4 April, 2021 by 18:00.

Music must be marked as following:

Skater’s Name & Surname – Section – Province

Incorrectly marked piece of music and music in wrong format won’t be accepted and a fine of R120.00 per item will be levied

AWARDS

Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded for each category. Winners will receive their medals at the Victory Ceremony, which will be held at the end of the competition.

All competitors must wear competition attire and Provincial track suits.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Photographs of every skater will be taken during the competition. This is an “order, print and pay” service available only on the night of the competition, directly provided by photographer.

BEHAVIOUR

While participating in any competition, carnival, exhibition or program as a figure skater, the skater:

  • shall not possess, use or supply to others any alcohol, narcotics or prescribed drugs while at, within or near the site of such competition, carnival, exhibition or program or any residence or other accommodations provided in connection therewith or while being transported to or from such locations;
  • shall not conduct himself or herself in an unreasonable or unacceptable manner (which for clarity shall mean and include unsportsmanlike conduct, breaking training or curfew, will fully damaging property or committing any act which is considered an offence under any duly promulgated law); and
  • shall not be in breach of any rules of conduct promulgated by SAFSA.
